- Drive-in Room on holidays:21:00; Business Suite on holidays:18:00(*special holidays and consecutive holidays will be announced on site)
- Please book room(s) one day before the day you check in. If you would like to book more than 5 rooms on the same day, please make a booking 7 days prior to the check-in date. Should you wish to change your booking, please inform us in advance for making proper arrangements.

．If you cancel your reservation 14 days prior to your desired check-in date, you will receive full refund of your deposit.
．If you cancel your reservation 10~13 days prior to your desired check-in date, you will be refunded 70% of your deposit.
．If you cancel your reservation 7~9 days prior to your desired check-in date, you will be refunded 50% of your deposit.
．If you cancel your reservation 4~6 days prior to your desired check-in date, you will be refunded 40% of your deposit.
．If you cancel your reservation 2~3 days prior to your desired check-in date, you will be refunded 30% of your deposit.
．If you cancel your reservation one day prior to your desired check-in date, you will be refunded 20% of your deposit.
．If you cancel your reservation on your desired check-in date, you will be charged the full rate of accommodation.
◎ Intimate reminder:
. Cancel within 24 hours after the official website is successfully booked, and call to inform you that a full refund can be made. (This specification cannot be used for check-in bookings on the day of booking).
. In the event of natural disasters (such as earthquakes, typhoons) causing traffic interruption and unable to come, 100% of the deposit can be refunded or retained for three months upon the information released by the government.
